I get this error message

Notice: Undefined index: description in _token_token_tree_format_row() (line 136 of /home/domain/public_html/sites/all/modules/token/token.pages.inc).

and when I edit a newsletter term I get empty name and description
if I enter new values I get a new newsletter term
