Don't reload every product one by one when refreshing cart orders [#1363838]

In commerce_cart_order_refresh() we load every product attached to an order one by one while refreshing it. Not really fabulous for performance.

The point is just to reset the price calculation, so we can do better now that we store the original price structure in 'original'.
