Term weight is incompatible with core taxonomy module [#1341848]

In the core taxonomy module, the weight assigned to a term can be any numeric value, and is entered into a simple textfield. Using the taxonomy manager, term weights are constrained between -50 and 50 in a drop-down list.

This can create a real mess if you've assigned weights outside the -50 to 50 range using the core taxonomy module and then try to edit the weights using taxonomy manager. Here's a patch to make the weights compatible.
