Saving Pending Moderation and node is published [#1338738]

I use this fine module a lot. In the last week, I noticed that after I check the box for moderation only, that the post is published and the check box under "published" is also checked. I have to go back into the node and uncheck the box and save it again. Sometimes several times. Can you look into it and suggest a fix. thanks

Still have an issue with this. Every time I call up a node in the moderation queue I realize that the published button and the moderation buttons are checked. Before only the moderation was checked. Thanks for looking into this.
