Hello, I have a "Region" user tag.. e.g. Europe/Italy/Rome Europe/Italy/Milan.

How can I get a view of all users of Italy, that is, those that choose the tag Europe/Italy but also those that selected Europe/Italy/Rome or Europe/Italy/Milan ??
