I moved the comments section of a node into a tab (as outlined here). However, links to the comments can not now go to the comments. (And there are a lot of links to comments--the title of the comment, 'permalink', and under the 'comments' tab of admin->content.)
Has anyone developed a solution for this problem?

http://www.example.com/pagealias?qt-qt_instance_name=1#comment-1
However the comment URL link is:
http://www.example.com/comment/1#comment-1
Using the top direct link as an example, adding '?qt-qt_instance_name=1' to the comment URL works:
http://www.example.com/comment/1?qt-qt_instance_name=1#comment-1
However, I don't know how to modify this link in all the 3 locations it appears (the title of the comment, 'permalink', and under the 'comments' tab of admin->content). Any ideas?

The issue is very old and with the beta version.
Are you facing the issue with the current stable version?
