Actually it's a title patch, sorry I'm a n00b and haven't yet learned enough CVS. (my first patch!)

Someone with more experience can convert this to a real feature.

I have also copied feature http://drupal.org/node/22494 but added a variable_get to universalize it.

All strings use t(). So you can localize it.

In the meantime the hostname is already part of the log entry in Drupal 8.
