Hi, does this module have option to hide a comment if users dont like it ? (vote for -)

For example if users don't like comment x10 then comment is hiden and there is link - show comment - if you really wana see it.

Is there any option to modiffy comment look (via css or module menu) if users like a comment - x20 for example ?

This is what I searching for. I need to implement this. Is there any way to do it? I don't see any module to do that. Please help!
