Adds non existing css file

Thanks for this time-safer module.

I noticed that Views-gallery is trying to add a non existing css file.
views_slideshow_singleframe.css from the Views Slideshow Singleframe module.
It should be views_slideshow.css.

I have no patching knowledge yet, in order to make one.
