With Pressflow anonymous users can't use cart.

There is no way to do any individual handling of any web page without cookies, I believe you can turn off cookies on stock D7 as well. I believe you can turn them on in Pressflow. Nothing we can do about this.

I probably misstated - $_SESSION vs cookies... But the fact remains (I think) that if it works with Drupal and not with Pressflow, that's a problem with Pressflow. If I can help resolve it though, I will if I can.
