Editor and Contributor roles have no obvious links to add and edit content

Problem/Motivation

While users with the Editor and Contributor roles have access to editing and adding content, there are no obvious links enabling this.

Proposed resolution

• Add a new context enabling the shortcuts menu in the sidebar. Need to find a way to alter the menu name, as it defaults to "Default shortcuts".
• Assign the Editor role the permission "access content overview" and other needed permissions.
