Any changes to product options need to have 'clear cache all' run straight after to make the changes show on the product page.

Otherwise shop admins etc can change the product but not see the changes to the product.

I can't reproduce this. Are you using something other than the default core Drupal caching?

Bug confirmed. If you have page caching enabled, an anonymous user visits a product page and it gets cached, then edit the product options, and refresh the anonymous user's view, the product page still shows the old options.
