I encountered this bug when enabling captcha on a form with an unlimited value field. The _captcha_search_buttons() helper function ends up placing the captcha form within the field (above the 'add another item' button) rather than at the end of the form (above the submit button).

The bug still appears. I have a form with an unlimited field in the end, so CAPTCHA attached within this field.
