When moving a Region from "Unassigned regions" the weight field doesn't save.

I'm using the Delta module as well. This happened in both templates. No errors reported.

Is this still occurring? If so please re-open.

We have seen this in rare cases where changes are not saved. Most of the time a fresh download of the Omega base theme will fix things. If not export your settings to the .info file of your subtheme, create a new subtheme and use your old .info file. Not sure of the root cause of this as it's so rare but believe it to be a corrupted download or some sort of permissions issue that can be cleared up by a fresh download.
