If ctools exportable function is defined in exportable plugin include and uses #ajax, you get function not found error [#1300954]

I was able to work around this by putting the form in my module file and then it worked.

Hi I have same problem, I am usually putting my form callbacks to plugin .inc file. Here is simple patch that resolves issue for me.
