responsive column placement

hey there,

I was styling with Display Suite and by chance came along an interesting use case:

what if we could have different column placement depending on the page width?

for example: on the wide layout, all three columns are side to side. but in normal and narrow layouts, there'd be the main column to the left and the sidebars would be stacked to the right so as not to have too much of a narrow column for the text.

like I said, I was able to do this with DS - but it'd be nice if this feature could be implemented directly in Omega.
