This module currently has over 3000 users and does not appear to have been actively maintained for some time. It is in need of a Drupal 7 port, and early working code for a port has been available for several months now. It has features that are of use to other projects that I am currently involved with. Rather than creating another fields module I'd like to propose taking over as a new maintainer for this one.

I see that a D7 port has been started, but no new version of D6 has been created in over 4 years, even though I've come across the same bug multiple times since then (#759492: Widget does not show up specifically). There are also a ton of open issues in the queue. Is this module being maintained or not? Just curious.
