All of the structure code for grids is under the Alpha theme's command, therefore it would make more sense, from an organizational standpoint, if the panels grids were located there also instead of in the Omega theme, which would allow people to build Panele-based, grid-enabled sub-themes off of Alpha, and not require the "Zone" functionality provided by Omega, which is almost useless when building themes using Panels and Omega anyway.
Does this make sense, or am I out of line?
