Currently, PIFR_simpletest will only pick up /modulename.test and /tests/*.test when scanning for test files. It should be flexible enough to pick up .test files from anywhere in the module directory tree; while not adding duplicate tests if a module contains sub-modules.

Patch performs a scan on each module directory included in drupal.modules, and then does an array_unique(array_merge()) on the scans to eliminate duplicate files.
