Ive installed Fivestar but it doesn't show up anywhere. I made sure I got acces control and got votingapi installed as well. any suggestions?

The Fivestar rating is added to an entire content type. To add it, navigate to "Administer, Content types" and select the content type you would like Fivestar to appear on. There should be a checkbox that enables you to place a Fivestar rating on all content of that type.
