All-in-one popup system message module with option to switch jQuery plugin

Read here for detailed message to Berdir, Dave.Ingram and blazey -> #1281098: What about a jQuery popup plugin API for all modules needing popup calls

My concern is about a jQuery dialog popup solution with options between more than one jQuery popup plugin of choice to enable users and admins to go for their favoured flavour and to make Nice message future prooven, in case that one of the plugins get abondoned. It would be also interesting to make it possible to use inbuild modal options from Drupal core and jQuery Dialog without any additional plugin.
