Use the same feed for different importers or create several nodes

Hi.

Is it possible to use the same feed file twice for different feed importers?

I'll try to explain my problem:

I have a "main" node (article) which may contain several sub-nodes (multimedia node). My feed file comes with all the information for the main node, including the sub nodes. Is it possible to import the nodes and sub-nodes and add the relationship (preferred) or to use the same feed file to create all nodes with different importers?
