Is there something special to set to send the seller's comment to the customer ?

I've applied the patch to show the order comments on the order Page but event if I check the "send by email " box, nothing is sent to the customer.

Do I have to set a special C.A or anything ?

PS : Other emails are correctly sent by Ubercart (order confirmation , seller notification etc)
