if you do something along the lines of:

<a href="http://something.com/">Click here to visit something.com!</a>

...in either the primary links or the secondary links it breaks up on you. You can specify links relative to the local site just fine:

<a href="/about">About</a>

Any ideas?

This would be a problem with phptemplate.engine itself, not Box_grey theme, please submit a bug report to that project. I don't think this is fixable at the theme level.
