I just tried the latest dev release - first time installing on this site. I get the following when I enable it:

Recoverable fatal error: Argument 2 passed to db_query() must be an array, integer given, called in \sites\all\modules\autologout\autologout.install on line 15 and defined in db_query() (line 2282 of \includes\database\database.inc).

Try out my patch for #1203124: Current patches for 7.x-2.x release are against an old 6.x-2.x release.

This is one of the many issues I had to fix because of the changes in Drupal 7.
