As discussed in issue #1202916: Assign default tax to price imports. (by TheWizz), it would be great to have VAT rate available as a target for commerce imports.

How would this suppose to work? It won't be actually possible to set a "random" VAT in the import sources (such as 0.18 or 0.23), what it could be possible is to set a vat machine name to apply, but I'm not sure how useful is this.

That is actually the way I meant. There should be a way to define tax rates for each price.

I have an XML file which has price for each country (product may have 2-5 prices). Each country have their currency and tax rates.
