Steps to reproduce:
1) add new taxonomy vocab
2) enable token & pathauto
3) attach term field to your content type, set number of allowed values to "unlimited"
4) go to pathauto settings and try to find the field on tokens list. It is unavailable.

if you set number of values to 1, the term field appears in tokens.

These tokens are not available nor provided by core. See #691078: Field tokens and try the latest Token 7.x-1.0-alpha4.
