I did http://drupalcode.org/project/cod.git/commit/1f20536 but I got "Invalid version for fusion_swimmingly. " from drush make. I think this may be because the release is not recommended.

Between Sheena making the release recommended, updating the version to beta1 from beta0, and my tweaking the make file, we've got a new default theme :D!

This took several commits but the current state is http://drupalcode.org/project/cod.git/tree/ad217ffd39242224b1ed021d04068...
