When CAPTCHA is hidden due to user successfully completing it, the Description still shows

As a result I have descriptions informing the user about the captcha, even though there is no captcha displaying.

On what form is that? I can't reproduce this problem on Drupal Core forms (comments, nodes, log in, ...)

Ahh right, I forgot this isn't a core block, I'm seeing it on the User Registration block that is exposed by formblock module.
