Menu tabs look different between home page and all the other pages

I think this is related to a couple of other Marinelli issues, but I felt that it would be helpful to add a couple of supplementary screenshots. I am attaching two screenshots of the Marinelli menu tabs. The first one shows the menu tabs in the home page (the front page). The second screenshot shows the tabs at all other pages. The tabs in the front page are taller and have a dark-blue color that is continuous with the banner frame, whereas the other pages have tabs which are lighter in color and are of normal height. I prefer the latter appearance for all pages (i.e. light-color tabs which are not too tall).
