Even java script is enabled, still i cannot use TinyMCE feature on Konqueror.

The TinyMCE module works fine in Konqueror. The problem is that the TinyMCE toolbar is only supported in IE, Firefox, Opera, and (almost) Safari. This module simply launches the much more complex javascript that is the toolbar. You'll need to convince the folks at Moxiecode that it's worth their time to update the TinyMCE code work with Konqueror or convince the Konqueror developers to make their javascript engine more compatible with TinyMCE for this to be resolved.
