activity_log 6.x-2.0-beta1

This release should be stable. There is no upgrade path from alpha; you will need to reinstall, but you can regenerate activity at admin/settings/activity_log/regenerate.

Known bugs remaining include:

• Anonymous users can't see activity
• Activity messages should be created for all groups that a node is in, not just the current context
• Some messages for status updates that were created using Devel Generate are showing up blank
• Anonymous nodes created outside a group can sometimes show in other users' streams
• FBSS comment boxes appear expanded when you page through a view
• Templates and related data should be deleted when a Rule is deleted

Remaining features/tasks include:

• Add an RSS plugin to Activity Log Views
• Add the ability to show some activity log messages to users who are friends of both the sender and recipient of a status message
• Preemptively cache activity messages
• Add a "mutually exclusive" option for entity groups and un-check options accordingly
• Conduct a performance review to identify opportunities for optimization
• Add alerts (i.e. "7 new notifications")
• Add the ability to comment on activity? You can already comment on status updates, and it doesn't make sense to comment on nodes inline...
