hide resume from a special recruiter

i second him on this, how ever it may not be possible to identify the recruiter whether he is from sample brand, because
1.As of now recruiter doesn't have any fields to identify a recruiter's brand or organization
2.the recruiters normally don't register with their real org name
3.even if the recruiter registers on organization name, he might have changed job and not updated his profile. you risk of missing an opportunity
Solution:
The organization field should be a dummy field for recruiters and anonymous user ex:organization:only visible on shortlisting/on application for job (depending on customization)
I am also looking for such function, following are the possibilities
1.we can edit the view to show that way, how ever i am afraid that i may break the current lay out and theme. so don't want to touch the resume view.if you can then create another field and rewrite the original with dummy.
2. We have another option Profile2 Privacy here, how ever the maintainer doesn't have time to support this from November 2011.
3. Use rules but not a fool proof solution because of point number1 above
Most appropriate would be Profile2 Privacyo wait...

there are different ways to implement such feature. we don't plan to incorporate it directly with the recruiter base features but feel free to add it as a contrib project.
