I am using this version: Content 6.x-1.27
I created a story and created a block view in source language English. I saved and then clicked the translate button. I then added a translation in German. The code I type in is this:

<li><a href="#Translator">Übersetzer</a></li>

after I save it the node id is added when the "Content 6.x-1.27" module is turned on.
<li><a href="/node/53#Translator">Übersetzer</a></li>

I turn off this module and this does not happen.

node 53 happens to be the English version of this story content.
