Google plugin does not generate correct URLs

I added a simple Google freelink such as [[google:drupal]] in a page, and the generated link was "http://www.google.com/search?q=drupal#hl=en", which shows a blank page in Google. This issue is fixed by setting the language parameter as another parameter in the Query string, as it is in the attached patch, which I have tested that solves it.
