Request Setting for filefield_widget.inc to turn ON/OFF AHAH to remedy HTTP error 0 [#1220426]

Hey lots of infamous http 0 errors; lots of em are server specific stuff. Perhaps we can give users a way to turn off filefield widget ahah off.
