Add a picture column to schema if not exists! [useful for move from code.google to d.o]

I have replaced google plugin module for friend connect to drupal community provided module and found that extra picture column is there in our module.

Add a picture column to schema if not exists in hook_update. It might be useful for users who like to move from code.google module to d.o module.
