My Primary Links menu is not appearing in any block I choose. All other themes are laying out the Primary Links wherever I place it. Screenshits attached showing the Primary Links and Blocks settings. Do not think this is permissions issue given that other themes display the Primary Links without issue. Thanks for any help.

rmatney commentedUpdate:
I had failed to install the Skinr module or the Fusion theme (though they are clearly listed as dependancies). With Skinr installed and enabled, the primary menu now appears in the assigned blocks.
However, the width of the layout on the Admin > Themes page now prevents me from enabling/disabling themes (screenshot attached), which prevents me from enabling the Fusion theme. Does Abstract require the Fusion theme? Have I broken my install by doing something out of sequence? Any help on this is most appreciated.
