I move the packing slip template to my 'theme' folder and make changes. This file is never picked up by the packing slip generation

Please test the attached patch. If you are using a separate admin theme, it's possible that the theme engine is looking in the wrong place for the template. Also, ensure you clear your cache and theme registry.

this works but the layout of the packing slip is completely wrong. Primaire tabs and menu's and so on are all wrong.

But Yes is takes my tpl override now

Patch from #1 and further fixes committed to -dev so printed packing slips are now properly themed.
