Add ability to change file names on the server

Since imce doesn't create img nodes or store the path info in any other table that i'm aware of (e.g. it simply inserts an img tag with href into the node-> body where you desire), it would be great if it allowed the ability to change file names of uploaded files on the server.

rationale:

sometimes what you upload isn't always how you intend on using it later

1) an experienced user might want to change the names for various reasons
2) an inexperienced end user may simple upload a file from local system without thinking about the names until after the fact.

Alternatively, i imagine that i myself will probably just go to the server and change the filenams manually. it's quicker. but if i create a site for someone else who isn't savvy enough to know how to do that or a REGISTERED USER doesn't have server access, the ability to change the names as a logged in user using imce would be great!

One other place this would come in handy is if i'm travelling and want to upload a picture from an internet cafe. i don't want to be accessing my server directly through an insecure location. using the drupal interface as a registered use with relatively low permissions would be great benefit!
