am on d7.2. constantly get these chaos tools errors (which I made an issue of here http://drupal.org/node/1174654#comment-4603900), but may be custom formatters related:

Notice: Undefined property: stdClass::$mode in _ctools_export_unpack_object() (line 775 of /home/myusersite/public_html/sites/all/modules/ctools/includes/export.inc)

they show up after every cron run or cache clear, then disappear after that. am also using chaos 7.x-1.0-beta1 btw. any help appreciated.

Is it a fresh install of Custom Formatters, or did you install over the top of the never released 7.x-1.x branch? If it isn't a fresh install, un-install and re-install.

That is only based on a single comment from the referenced issue, otherwise there's nothing in this issue that points to Custom Formatters at all.
