If I add a "User: Bulk operations" field, several actions, for example system_goto_action and system_send_email_action, are gone - they are not in the list to select from. If I downgrade to alpha2 the actions appear again.

I'm using Drupal 7.2, Views 7.x-3.x-dev (2011-Jun-23), Entity API 7.x-1.0-beta9 ...

Good catch. There was a regression between alpha2 and alpha3. Committed a fix.
