I just installed this module as I want to allow users to post reviews of a node. The idea is that the reviews are actually comments. A user should only be able to post a single review (i.e. post a single comment). Furthermore users can only post a comment on the node directly; they should not be able to reply to a previous comment.

For this reason I installed this module since it should allow me to disable the reply to comment link for flat comment lists. However when I enable this feature, it doesn't seem to work. I have set threading to 'flat list - expanded' and enabled 'Hide reply link on flat lists', but still the reply link is appearing in posted comments.
