Because of the require_once call in the hook_requirements call, the module bombs out when used as part of an install profile:

I'd still like to see this get into 6.x-2.x. It's a really small patch that fixes a bug when trying to enable the salesforce_api module via an install profile.

Oh, and thanks for all of your work on this module!
