When I go to Import Items and click Import, the next page gives Access Denied. This is my first time using this module and I think it's a misconfiguration in my setup. I installed the latest dev of Feeds and am using the Node Import feature too. I created a Feed node with this test URL: http://news.google.com/news?ned=us&topic=h&output=rss. I'm logged in as the site administrator and have also given myself a role with all the Feed module permissions enabled.

I tried to turn on debugging in my settings.php file, but nothing has been created in my site's tmp folder. Is there anything else to check?
