With the resolution of issue #1158284: Page title of facet configuration form is always "Home" in Facet API, there is an opportunity to clean up the breadcrumb code since we don't have to rebuild the entire thing anymore. In addition, the new dependency settings form could benefit from the same breadcrumb setting functionality.

The attached patch provides a consolidated breadcrumb setting function and calls it in hook_form[form_id]_alter() implementations for both the display and dependency settings forms.
