The userpoints_services module hasn't been ported yet to 7.x.

I'll give it a try.

Ok, I think I got this working pretty well.

Adding and retreiving points works, and it's possible to list and index of points per user. No single transaction support yet.

I have commited the attached patch, there are some tests and we'll deal with eventual issues later on.
