CRM systems always have a list of 'canned responses' which can be quickly sent to users. This would be useful for speeding up moderation process, and for standardizing the outbound communications.

I'm guessing this mostly applies to the "note (no action)" and maybe "delete" e-mails?

What UI are you imagining? There are already canned messages, but only 1 each for approve/delete/no action.

at a high level, i imagine a list of titles. clicking on a title populates the textarea with the canned response. admin can edit from there and then send. not sure about the details though. further, it might be interesting to allow fr variables in the canned messages (%author, %site), etc. Those variables could be replaced in the when copying text into the textarea or upon sending.
