After logging in with my Drupal.org ID, I access the downloads section and view modules or themes. When filtering the results by date, regardles of rev (5.x, 4.7, 4.6), the results display fine for the first page but there's no links available to view pages 2 and up.
EXAMPLE:
1. Login with Drupal.org ID.
2. Select "Downloads" navigation tab.
3. Once in the downloads section, select "Modules".
4. Select the "Browse by date" section tab.
5. In the "Filter by Drupal Core compatibility:" menu, select "5.x" and click the "Go" button.
6. Scroll to the bottom of the resulting page. You'll see there's no pagination links. All modules released between 2/2 and 2/3 are displayed, and as I write this, 2 modules released on 2/1 are displayed. But there's no options to view succeeding pages where other modules released on 2/1 are viewable as well as all 5.x modules released prior to 2/1.
Though this example uses the 5.x compatibility option, the same results are encountered when selecting 4.7 or 4.6. My system specs:
- iMac G5, 2gb RAM
- OS X 10.4.8
- Safari 2.0.4 (419.3)
- Firefox 2.0.0.1

dwwconfirmed. yeah, this is probably just a bug in the project.module. i was on vacation for a whole month, and am still catching up on stuff that piled up while i was gone. hopefully i'll be able to take a look at this in the relatively near future, unless someone else wants to look at this first. ;)

dwwgiven the volume of support issues this is generating, i'm bumping it to critical.
luckily, the fix is relatively small (thanks to merlinofchaos for helping me track it down).
