Hoping I can get some assistance on a problem I've been running into. I'm able to get the player to load and play audio files on the nodes. however I've tried making a view of nodes that each contain 1 audio file uploaded using filefield for a playlist. I have set the Style to Media Player, and loaded the view in a panel. But I just get the loading symbol and nothing plays.
I may be willing to sponsor a solution if it's something difficult as playing of peoples playlists on my site would be a great feature. Thanks

2ndChanceTech commentedswitched this to bug report as I have tried everything I can think of, and have had playlists with dashmedia player and swftools in the past. Can't seem to get this to work, can't load any files.

travist commentedkryptik,
What files are you trying to load? What are the formats? That may at least give me a hint to this issue.
Thanks,
Travis.

2ndChanceTech commentedI am trying to load mp3's uploaded using filefield.
On the node I have added "media player" field. The player loads on each node just fine in node view and teaser. I've also tried using panels to display the media player field and it works fine as well.
As for the view, I simply made a copy of my "Recent Uploads" view which displays the title of my audio nodes (containing the filefield).
When I switch to Media Player style, it says no fields are necessary, so I simply save it. When I load it onto a page, I just get the loading img, and nothing plays.

2ndChanceTech commentedI've tried setting up new players, new views, and content types, and still not getting any mp3's to load, really at a loss.
Might be willing to pay for some assistance to get this to work.

travist commentedDo you have a live URL that I can look at? I am willing to take a 5 minute peek to see if I can figure it out. If not, then we can talk about consult to fix your issue.
Thanks,
Travis.

2ndChanceTech commentedhere's a custom page I made. It displays the view, and a copy of the view with the media player style above it.
